Cosby Sweater—a tribute paid to Bill Cosby

Submitted by Diana on November 6, 2009 – 7:55 AMNo Comment

Cosby Sweater—a tribute paid to Bill Cosby Cosby Sweater: A tribute will be paid by Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock, Sinbad, Dick Gregory, Wynton Marsalis and Willie Nelson to Cosby in a song. On behalf of his top-rated sitcom “The Cosby Show” will be Phylicia Rashad and Malcolm Jamal-Warner.

In 1998 starting with Richard Pryor, the Kennedy Center has saluted “people who have had an impact on American society in ways similar to the distinguished 19th century novelist and essayist.”

Despite the fact that Cosby never won an Emmy for his smashing hit “The Cosby Show,” yet he had success not only on television but in film and cartoons. Cosby was always there and regular on children’s public television programs beginning in the 70’s, hosting the “Picture Pages” segments that went into the early 80s.

Well the name reminds me of related news; now you can buy Cosby Sweater as they are back. Check them out on Amazon for more details.
