Dr.Maurice Wolin case was dismissed after a proxy server record expelled his efforts in this regard.
He is an East Bay doctor and his licentious acts were captured. Later they were shown in a televised sex-sting almost three years back in Petaluma. Latest technology was used by Judge Arthur Wick to good limits for ensuring Murice Wolin trial that took place in January.
Charges faced by Dr.Maurice Wolin include are that of a minor molestation.Dr. Maurice Wolin is a 50-year-old Piedmont cancer researcher and was not capable to certify persuade a Sonoma County judge Arthur Wick and the Court of Appeal for the state to eliminate his case from the charge that he is dealing for three years despite his attorney Blair Berk providing the prosecution turn over more evidence in a Sonoma County Superior Court on Friday.
He with some other 29 was caught in a web made by the supervisor of ‘Perverted Justice’, an online anti-predator group. This group was hired by NBC. The purpose and motive was to project the Petaluma sting with police in “To Catch a Predator”, an NBC Dateline series. The supervisor of the group engaged Maurice with a fake identity “willowfilipino” and acted as a teen that needs sexually explicit activity, including chats.
Dr. Maurice continued with the chats without having knowledge that all the ‘cool-stuff’ was being saved in a computer. Afterwords, it was much late for him to understand the reality. Thus, in his curiosity he drove 40-miles north in August 2004, to meet this ‘teen’ personally and he was arrested there. It was then he was listed among 29 other suspects. The arrests of these suspects were also caught on tape for previously mentioned reason of series.
It was the top reality crime show that later brought the final insult relating them to the sex-sting broadcast; for hundreds of thousands viewers were familiar of their acts.
